ZSA Individual Membership

Individual Membership Benefits

are entitled to free entry to all ZSA organised seminars
are entitled to at least 1 behind the scenes tour per year at Auckland Zoo, subject to availability
may attend the two ZSA organised field trips per year (at additional cost)
are provided with a quarterly ZSA newsletter and yearly publication
will receive a password for members only sections of the website, once developed
will receive preferential invitations to other seminars, talks and functions from other societies and organisations
will be encouraged to participate in volunteer projects in collaboration with Auckland Zoo to benefit conservation efforts (dependent on age)
may attend the post-Annual General Meeting BBQ free of charge
may apply to the ZSA for travel grants for conference attendence and presentation, or travel costs associated with research or professional development projects (dependent on event and age)
have voting rights at the AGM and/or Special Meetings (must be over 18 years of age)
may, at their own discretion, purchase the Auckland Zoo's yearly membership at the concessionary rate of $65

Note to members: Unattended seminars or missed "Behind the Scenes Tours" from one year's subscription may NOT be carried over to the following year.
